Printing Requirements

New Town Publications directories are 7" wide and 9 7/8" high.  Camera-ready copy is accepted but not required.  All halftones should be on 133 line screen.  (For best results: crisp black and white photography, same size as to be reproduced.)  More than 2 photos per ad will be charged at current printers' rates.

Conditions and General Information:

  • Price includes layout, clip art, typesetting and camera work.
  • Advertiser's free listing(s) limited to two lines each: firm name plus location and telephone number.
  • Advertiser automatically appears in the alphabetized commercial listing section.
  • Advertiser receives one free copy of each directory in which the ad appears.
Please Note: One proof is included in base price.  Changes in copy or ad format will be charged at the rate of $30.00 per hour. A second proof will be sent showing these amendments.

Billing:  Invoices are issued every month as stiplulated by the payment terms of the contract for each directory.  All payments must be completed prior to publication.  Non-payment may result in cancellation of advertising.
